This tree represents the most parsimonious tree alignment derived using POY version 2.7 (Gladstein and Wheeler 1997<$REFLINK> ) based on all data (conserved and hypervariable regions), with gap cost = 2 and 20 random addition replicates. Bremer support was calculated in POY using the “-constrain -bremer” command. Asterisks mark the nodes supported under all the alignment conditions tested (conserved regions only).
