시장에서도 세넥스로 유통되는 개체들, 특히 대형일수록 몇 배씩 높은 가격을 형성하고 있었지만,

사진 상으로 봤을 때, 이게 차이점이 뚜렷한지는 확신이 서지 않았습니다.

오랜만에 지인들끼리 이 주제에 대해 대화를 생각이 난 김에 원기재문을 검토해보게 됐습니다.

제 개인적인 견해로는, 원기재문의 삽화에서 보이는 형태적으로도, 유전자적으로도 C. senex 는 barbatum의 동물이명이 확실하다 생각합니다.

하지만 저는 하늘소를 주력으로 모으는 사람이거나 학자가 아니기에, 제 추론이 틀릴 수도 있다고 생각합니다.
